Notice of Payment:

After sending your booking request an invoice will be sent. Payment must be received to finalize and confirm booking.

Expectations of Services provided
I (Athena Jones), will provide care to your home and pets as agreed upon at the time of your receipt of booking confirmation, which includes but is not limited to adhering to food, medication, exercise, and treat routine provided by you (the pet parent(s)). During pet and house-sitting bookings I do not intended on leaving them home for more than 4 hours but if this does occur due to accident or unforeseen circumstances I will contact you and/or your emergency contact. Dur each stay and or walk I will provide verbal updates as well pictures of your pet(s). If at the time of the scheduled service there are additional pets or services required an invoice for additional services rendered will be submitted along with a $25 fee. Payment for these services must be paid before further services can be provided.

In case of an emergency, I will follow the emergency plan you have provided, contact you and/or emergency contacts, escort your pet(s) to the vet if needed. If a vet visit is required you, the pet parent(s), are financially liable for all vet costs.

Accidents & Liability
In the case of injury of damage to myself, belongs, and/or my vehicle occurs during a booking due to fall, accidents, bites, etc. you (the pet parent(s)) will be responsible for any cost accrued for medical attention and/or replacement or repair of damaged goods.

Cancellation Policy:
Dog walks and Drop In Visits cancelled by the Pet Parent(s) more than 7 days prior to the date of the visit will be issued a full refund. Bookings cancelled less than 7 days prior will receive a 50% refund.
Pet & House-Sitting visits for Less than 14 days cancelled by the Pet Parent(s) more than 14 days prior to the booking will receive a 75% refund. Any bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior will receive a 50% refund.
Pet & House-Sitting visits for More than 14 days cancelled by the Pet Parent(s) more than 30 days prior to the booking will be issued a 75% refund, if cancelled 14-29 Days prior a 50% Refund, if cancelled less than 7 days prior a 25% refund will be issued, and if cancelled less than 7 days no issue will be refunded.

If I have to cancel a booking for any reason a full refund will be issued within a reasonable amount of time.

Photos of Pets taken by Athena can be used for social media and marketings purposes.
